Turning

Our machines have the capability of doing your smallest plastic and aluminum pieces to the heaviest stainless steel, carbon steel and cast iron parts. We have CNC and Manual Lathes with the capability of turning shafts up to 10-inch diameter by 72 inches long, up to 24-inch diameter by 9 inches long on our Gap Bed Lathe, and 11-inch diameter by 19.5 inches long on our CNC Lathes.  

Milling
Tennett’s CNC and manual milling equipment is capable of manufacturing stainless steels and alloy parts as large as 30 inches by 60 inches on the heavy equipment and smaller plastic and aluminum parts on the high speed equipment.

 Our CNC programmers are fully capable of setting up even the most complex jobs, and in most cases we can work directly from your DXF, IGES or CAD files. We have both vertical & horizontal CNC milling capabilities giving us a distinct advantage when it comes to 3-D shape work and difficult shapes. The horizontal CNC Mill has 360 degree indexing with a pallet changing system on it. This allows us to perform multiple setups at one time making it possible to meet shorter delivery requirements.
