Milling Capabilities:
We have both vertical and horizontal milling capabilities giving us a distinct advantage when it comes to 3-D shape and difficult shape work. Our Horizontal CNC Mills have both True 4th axis an 360 degree indexing with a pallet changing system. This allows us to perform multiple setups at one time making it possible to meet shorter delivery requirements. The CNC and Manual Milling equipment is capable of manufacturing stainless steel and alloy parts as large as 70 x 120 on our heavy equipment. Plastics and aluminum are manufactured on our high speed equipment.

Turning Capabilities:
Our machines have the capability of doing small plastic and aluminum pieces to the heaviest stainless steel, carbon steel and cast iron parts. Our CNC Lathes can turn up to 11 diameter by 19 ½ long along with our largest Giddings & Lewis 54 Vertical Lathe.

Manual Capabilities:
We have several manual machines that assist us in the tool room and secondary operations.
Welding
With both Mig & Tig welding equipment we have the flexibility of producing quality welding on steel, stainless and aluminum.
CAD/CAM
Tennett Manufacturings programmers can work directly with your CAD files to create programming formats and send the files directly to our CNC equipment for production. On complex designs we check the CNC program with 3-D parts verifying software and check for file discrepancies and gauging prior to manufacturing. We can also assist with prototype drawings and machining programs to help simplify assembly and function.
