short run parts. Having our own sheet metal department gives us
the capability of producing short run sheet metal work. This
sheet metal department also allots us more control on jobs
requiring a mixture of machining and sheet metal fabrication.
Welding
Our Mig and Tig welding equipment gives us the flexibility of
producing quality welding on materials like steel, stainless
steel and aluminum. Our experience shows in our work.
C.A.D.
Tennett Manufacturing’s CAD/CAM programmers can work directly from your files
created in most drawing formats such as DXF, IGES or CAD and
then send the files directly to our CNC equipment for
production. On complex designs we check the CNC programming with
3-D parts verifying software and check for file discrepancies
and part gauging prior to manufacturing.
We can draw detailed component parts, castings and dies from
your final or assembly drawings and make any required design
changes to your files.
